What can counselling help with?
People come to me for help with a wide range of issues. Here are a few of the more common difficulties that can be supported through counselling:
The list is by no means exhaustive. In fact, you may not be able to put a label to the sort of difficulties you are experiencing, and this is fine. Maybe you are just aware of not feeling the way you would like to.
In our first 50-minute session we will come to a better understanding of the scope of your difficulties and decide how best to move forward in therapy. The important thing to remember is that the environment in which we work together (whether you choose your therapy online or face-to-face) is a safe, relaxed, confidential and non-judgemental space.
